Can I cancel VoltKeep Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from App Store subscription management. After canceling, Pro features remain active until your billing period ends, and the free-plan features stay available indefinitely. Driving data accumulated in the app is preserved and remains viewable through free-plan features. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
How to cancel (iPhone / iPad)
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select VoltKeep Pro
- Tap Cancel Subscription
You can also reach the same Apple screen directly from the VoltKeep app via Settings → Manage Subscription.
What happens after canceling
- Pro features stay active until the end of your billing period — through your next renewal date for monthly, through the renewal date for annual
- Free-plan features stay usable forever — route viewing, efficiency tracking, phantom drain detection, and so on
- Accumulated driving data stays in the app — canceling does not delete it. If you re-subscribe, the AI features pick up right where you left off
- Past monthly AI reports remain viewable in the app (re-generation is not available)
If you want to delete your data entirely
Cancellation is separate from data deletion. If you want to wipe your server-side data, use Settings → Delete Account in the app. The following runs immediately:
- Deletion of encrypted driving data on the server
- Removal of the registered X25519 public key
- Deletion of the VIN hash
- Reset of in-app local data
Account deletion is irreversible. We recommend exporting any data you need (Pro feature) before triggering it.
About refunds
Subscription refunds are handled through the App Store and follow Apple's policy. You can request a refund at Apple Report a Problem.
VoltKeep cannot process refunds directly because billing is handled entirely by the App Store.
